Vehicle planning for airport, local and event travel
A vehicle advertised with enough seats is not automatically suitable for a group carrying several full-size suitcases. For airport transfers, tell us the luggage at the same time as the passenger count. For weddings and events, include dresses, overnight bags, pushchairs or mobility equipment that may affect usable space.

How do I know which taxi size I need?
Send the passenger number and a realistic luggage list. A vehicle with enough seats may still be unsuitable if every passenger has a large suitcase, so usable luggage space matters as much as seat count.
Are 7-seater and 9-seater vehicles available?
Larger vehicle categories can be requested subject to availability. Capacity should be checked against both passengers and luggage before the journey is confirmed.
What luggage details should I provide for an airport transfer?
Include the number of large suitcases and cabin bags, plus pushchairs, golf bags, folding wheelchairs or other oversized items. This helps avoid choosing a vehicle based only on passenger seats.
Can I request a specific vehicle model?
You can explain the capacity or access requirement you need, but a specific make or model should not be assumed unless it has been explicitly confirmed. Vehicle allocation depends on availability.
Are standard vehicles wheelchair accessible?
Do not assume that a standard taxi is wheelchair-adapted. Tell the booking team about mobility equipment and the assistance required before confirmation so the request can be assessed properly.
Can a larger vehicle be used for a small group with lots of luggage?
