Pre-booked taxi from Ringwood to Southampton cruise terminals

Please send your full pickup address in Ringwood, travel date, the time you would like to leave, and how many people are travelling. Ringwood sits close to the A31 corridor, but the town-centre entrance or exact residential address still matters when arranging the first stop. Include the number and approximate size of suitcases; let us know about pushchairs, mobility equipment or an extra stop. For a cruise, add the ship and terminal. We will confirm the details and availability before a booking is accepted.

Start with your scheduled arrival or embarkation time for Southampton Cruise Terminals. Cruise embarkation times and disembarkation arrangements are different from airport flight times. Share the sailing, ship and terminal details with the booking team. The departure time from Ringwood should account for the address, travel date, traffic conditions and any extra collections. We can discuss a sensible collection time, but no road journey time can be guaranteed.

Southampton has several cruise terminals, so the ship name and embarkation terminal are essential to finding the correct drop-off. For a drop-off, provide the right terminal or destination entrance before travelling. If you need a return collection, the meeting place and instructions will be agreed separately; do not assume the drop-off point is also the pickup point. Check the official Southampton Cruise Terminals travel information for current arrangements.

Yes, a return from Southampton Cruise Terminals to Ringwood can be requested, subject to availability. Supply the disembarkation or appointment details and the likely collection time. The return is a separate leg of the booking; arrangements and price should be agreed before travel rather than assumed.

That depends on the number of passengers and the actual size of the luggage, not just the number of seats. For Ringwood to Southampton Cruise Terminals journeys, tell us how many large cases, cabin bags and backpacks you have. Add any folded pushchair, wheelchair, walking aid or sports equipment separately. We can then discuss whether a standard car or a larger vehicle is suitable, subject to availability; see our fleet guide.

An additional collection may be possible if it can be accommodated in the booking. For example, one passenger might be collected from Ringwood town centre, nearby hotels and residential roads, with another joining at a different address. Send both full addresses and the number of people joining at each stop. Additional stops can change the journey time and quotation, especially on a time-sensitive departure to Southampton Cruise Terminals.

A quotation is based on the precise collection and destination points, date, time, vehicle requirements and any additional stops or return journey. Tell us about the passengers and luggage before requesting a price. For Southampton Cruise Terminals, relevant access or parking arrangements may also need to be considered. We do not publish a fixed fare for every address in Ringwood; please request an individual quotation and check what is included before confirming.

Contact Dorset Airport Taxis as soon as the change is known. If the ship, meeting point or travel time changes, send the updated information. Changes to an agreed Ringwood booking depend on availability and may affect the quotation. Please wait for confirmation rather than assuming a revised time has been accepted.
