Pre-booked taxi from Puddletown to Bournemouth

Please send your full pickup address in Puddletown, travel date, the time you would like to leave, and how many people are travelling. Puddletown is near the A35, but access to individual houses and nearby rural properties varies; include the complete address and any relevant entrance notes. Include the number and approximate size of suitcases; let us know about pushchairs, mobility equipment or an extra stop. For Bournemouth Airport, also include your flight number and terminal, if available. We will confirm the details and availability before a booking is accepted.

Use your airline’s published check-in and bag-drop deadline to decide when you need to arrive at Bournemouth Airport. Check your airline’s check-in and bag-drop times; even a relatively short Dorset airport journey needs time for the terminal formalities. The departure time from Puddletown should account for the address, travel date, traffic conditions and any extra collections. We can discuss a sensible collection time, but no road journey time can be guaranteed.

Bournemouth is a compact regional airport, but use its designated vehicle areas rather than arranging an informal roadside pickup. For a drop-off, provide the right terminal or destination entrance before travelling. If you need a return collection, the meeting place and instructions will be agreed separately; do not assume the drop-off point is also the pickup point. Check the official Bournemouth Airport travel information for current arrangements.

Yes, a return journey can be requested at the same time as your outward transfer, subject to availability. Send the arrival date, flight number and arrival terminal so the correct meeting arrangements can be discussed. The return is a separate leg of the booking; arrangements and price should be agreed before travel rather than assumed.

That depends on the number of passengers and the actual size of the luggage, not just the number of seats. For Puddletown to Bournemouth Airport journeys, tell us how many large cases, cabin bags and backpacks you have. Add any folded pushchair, wheelchair, walking aid or sports equipment separately. We can then discuss whether a standard car or a larger vehicle is suitable, subject to availability; see our fleet guide.

An additional collection may be possible if it can be accommodated in the booking. For example, one passenger might be collected from Puddletown village and nearby rural properties, with another joining at a different address. Send both full addresses and the number of people joining at each stop. Additional stops can change the journey time and quotation, especially on a time-sensitive departure to Bournemouth Airport.

A quotation is based on the precise collection and destination points, date, time, vehicle requirements and any additional stops or return journey. Tell us about the passengers and luggage before requesting a price. For Bournemouth Airport, relevant access or parking arrangements may also need to be considered. We do not publish a fixed fare for every address in Puddletown; please request an individual quotation and check what is included before confirming.

Contact Dorset Airport Taxis as soon as the change is known. If the airline changes the flight number, landing time or terminal, share the new details so the return collection can be reviewed. Changes to an agreed Puddletown booking depend on availability and may affect the quotation. Please wait for confirmation rather than assuming a revised time has been accepted.
