Pre-booked taxi from Blandford Forum to Heathrow

Please send your full pickup address in Blandford Forum, travel date, the time you would like to leave, and how many people are travelling. Collection in Blandford Forum may be from the town centre or surrounding villages, so a postcode and property details help avoid unnecessary detours. Include the number and approximate size of suitcases; let us know about pushchairs, mobility equipment or an extra stop. For Heathrow Airport, also include your flight number and terminal, if available. We will confirm the details and availability before a booking is accepted.

Use your airline’s published check-in and bag-drop deadline to decide when you need to arrive at Heathrow Airport. Terminal 2, 3, 4 or 5 must be confirmed before travel. For a long-distance journey, check the airline’s arrival guidance and allow for congestion on the approach to London. The departure time from Blandford Forum should account for the address, travel date, traffic conditions and any extra collections. We can discuss a sensible collection time, but no road journey time can be guaranteed.

Heathrow has separate terminals. Arriving passengers are generally collected through Terminal Parking or Park & Ride rather than the terminal forecourt; Terminal 4 has its own current arrangements. For a drop-off, provide the right terminal or destination entrance before travelling. If you need a return collection, the meeting place and instructions will be agreed separately; do not assume the drop-off point is also the pickup point. Check the official Heathrow Airport travel information for current arrangements.

Yes, a return journey can be requested at the same time as your outward transfer, subject to availability. Send the arrival date, flight number and arrival terminal so the correct meeting arrangements can be discussed. The return is a separate leg of the booking; arrangements and price should be agreed before travel rather than assumed.

That depends on the number of passengers and the actual size of the luggage, not just the number of seats. For Blandford Forum to Heathrow Airport journeys, tell us how many large cases, cabin bags and backpacks you have. Add any folded pushchair, wheelchair, walking aid or sports equipment separately. We can then discuss whether a standard car or a larger vehicle is suitable, subject to availability; see our fleet guide.

An additional collection may be possible if it can be accommodated in the booking. For example, one passenger might be collected from Blandford Forum homes, hotels and nearby villages, with another joining at a different address. Send both full addresses and the number of people joining at each stop. Additional stops can change the journey time and quotation, especially on a longer route to Heathrow Airport.

A quotation is based on the precise collection and destination points, date, time, vehicle requirements and any additional stops or return journey. Tell us about the passengers and luggage before requesting a price. For Heathrow Airport, relevant access or parking arrangements may also need to be considered. We do not publish a fixed fare for every address in Blandford Forum; please request an individual quotation and check what is included before confirming.

Contact Dorset Airport Taxis as soon as the change is known. If the airline changes the flight number, landing time or terminal, share the new details so the return collection can be reviewed. Changes to an agreed Blandford Forum booking depend on availability and may affect the quotation. Please wait for confirmation rather than assuming a revised time has been accepted.
